What’s the process!

Sure thing! We’re here every step of the way to help you hire a Photo Booth.

1. Head to the contact tab, fill in the information we need.

2. We will check our availability and answer any questions you have.

3. If you would like to go ahead, we will send you a link to your secure online booking account.

4. You then create a password and pay your 10% deposit to secure your date. Voila! You have just created your own private Three Birds account.

5. The Sign In tab, top of our website is where you access your account.

What happens if my date is unavailable?

Bribie is a busy little Island. If we have been invited to someone’s special celebration, we will let you know if this date becomes avaible. 

Do I pay a Deposit?

A 10% deposit is necessary to secure the event time and date. Until a deposit and signature are received, the date cannot be confirmed.

When do I pay the balance?

The outstanding amount for your photo booth hire must be paid at least 21 days before the event. If booked within 21 days of the event, full payment must be received within 4 working days of the booking.

What happens once I have created my account?

Once you have created your own private account firstly you need to electronically sign the form to say you have read and agree to our T&C’s. Also, don’t forget your 10% deposit as both of these lock in your date. Your account is where we chat about your design, leave your event details, make payments.

How many photos can I take?

Unlimited Print session!!! Grab everyone! Each session will print x2 identical prints. 

How much room do you need?

We will need approximately 2m x 2.3m x 2.3. We will be more than happy to work with your venue about the ideal location for your booth.

Can I bring my own props or do you supply them?

Yes and Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own props. But please NO FEATHER BOAS. They are very messy!

Do you service areas other than Bribie Island?

Absolutely!  We get bookings all the time for events off  island. Our off island rate includes locations within 60kms from Bribie Island. Contact us for delivery charges outside this area.

How early do I book?

Your booking is dependent on availability. You are best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Bribie Island is a popular event location, and everyone wants a Photo Booth Hire, so we’re busy birds!

Can I choose my own print template?

For sure! We are a creative bunch here at Three Birds HQ and love to work with our clients creating and personalising your event. If that all seems too much you can choose from our popular templates. To Easy!

Will I get an attendant?

You certainly do! We send one of our awesome staff out to make sure your guests are looked after and making the most of their unlimited photos and photo booth features.

Can I get a photo album?

Yes, you have the option to purchase a photo album. We highly recommend this addition as it’s a great keepsake. Your attendant will make sure that you go home on the night with an album full of photos and messages from your guests.

Do I get online prints?

You aren’t missing out on a thing! We send you a link to your online gallery the following day. We can also let your guests know the password on the night of the event, so they can upload your gallery as well.  This is included in your Photo Booth Hire package.

Can I read your terms and conditions?
